1. No online payments on this website

The Krunal Capital website (operated by Krunal Capital Services Pvt Ltd, "KCS") is an information and enquiry platform. All forms — car enquiries, loan and insurance enquiries, sell-your-car requests, service bookings, callback and quote requests — are free of charge and involve no payment. Because no payment is ever taken online, there is no online refund or charge-back applicable through this website.

2. Cancelling an enquiry or booking

Any enquiry, appointment, test drive or service booking you request through this website can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time, at no cost. Simply contact us using the details below and we will update or cancel your request. As no amount is collected for these requests, no refund is required.

3. Payments made offline / at the dealership

Any payment for a vehicle, service, or other product is handled separately and offline — in person at our dealership or through arrangements confirmed directly with our team, under a separate invoice or agreement. Refunds, cancellations, booking amounts and deposits for such transactions are governed solely by the specific terms of that invoice or agreement and by applicable law, and not by this website.

4. Loans & insurance

Loans and insurance are provided by third-party banks, NBFCs and insurers. Any fees, premiums, cancellation or refund terms for those products are determined by the respective provider under their own policies. Please refer to the provider's documentation for details.
